오스트리아 유학편-현지에서 체류 허가증 신청하기

와~~~

한국에서 코로나 사태로 인하여 비자 미팅이 계속 연기되거나 취소되었고(머 여기에는 연락을 씹은 내탓도 있지만서도)

그래서 현지에서 비자를 신청하려고 한다.

어떻게 해야 하는지 문의 하던 중

현지 학교 International welcome center에서 나에게 필요한 답을 주었다.

사실 웹서핑을 하다보면 독어를 만나게 되니까. 어디서 어떻게 시작할지 내가 제대로 찾아왔는지 엄청 헤맨다.
한국에서도 알려줬을거다. 내가 아마 헤맸겠지...

답변 내용:  I am very sorry for my late reply. Have you already arrived in Linz? As a citizen from South Korea you are allowed to enter and stay in Austria without a visa for 90 days within 180 days. As you want to stay longer to study here, you will have to apply for a Residence Permit - Student.I advise you to read this website https://oead.at/en/to-austria/entry-and-residence/residence-permit-student-no-mobility-programme very carefully. It gives you all the information on the permit you need. You can apply for the residence permit directly at the Magistrat Linz after your arrival, if you plan to live in Linz. Here are the contact details: https://www.linz.at/english/life/7403.php. You have to make an appointment through this website: https://www.linz.at/db/etermin/?id=1980235.  Please note that you are not permitted to overstay your visa-free stay (90 days). We therefore recommend that you apply as soon as possible after entry. 약속을 잡고 가야 하는게 맞는데...
약속 잡는 사이트도 편지에 친절하게 안내해줬지만 독일어라서... 음~~~
사이트랑 씨름하느지 직접 부딫히는 게 낫겠다 싶어서
그냥 직접 찾아갔다.

찾아가도 약속 잡아주더라.
대기가 몇 명 없어서 기다리지는 않았다.
여러번 찾아가는게 귀찮을뿐.
산책겸 관광겸 그냥 가는 것도 좋았다.


단, 오픈 시간이 있다. 방문전에 사이트 방문해서 오픈 시간 확인 할 것.
월, 목요일은 7:00~ 18:00
화, 수, 금요일은 7:00~ 14: 00


암튼... 이런 내용은 아마도
한국 대사관에서도 안내해줬던 것 같다. 그런데 결국 독일어만 됩니다. 이렇게 뜨니까.. 어찌해야할지 모르겠어서... 못했던것 같다.


현지에 오니 발로 뛸수 있어서 좋다. 사무실은 당연히 영어로 업무처리가 된다.

아무리 친절해도, 독일어 사이트는 나를 더 느리게 만든다.
난 그냥 몸으로 부딫히는 체질인걸로....

현지에서 비자 발급 받기...
나의 결론은 발로 뛰자는 것이다.
독일어가 됐다면 한국에서 아예 예약을 잡고 나갔을 것이다.
난 안되는 사람...

몸이 불편해야지뭐...
여차하면 한국에 다녀올수도 있다고 한다.
그냥 벌금 낼란다.
비자 발급이 불확실한 것도 아니고, 발급 지연만 문제인 상황인데, 왔다갔다 하기 싫다.

하나더!!
한국 비자는 그래도 심사에서 잘 통과되는 편이라 하고,

외국에서 유학온 다른 학생에게 물어 보니 자기는 현지에서 비자 미팅 하고 2주안에 승인 처리 됐다고 한다.

좀 불안하긴 하지만
긍정적 마음으로 기다릴 생각이다.
