how to use airport shuttle from Incheon airport

South Korea didn't fully open the geographic information to Google.

why?

1. where to ride?

from terminal 1,2
you will easily find the bus stop.
check the board then
move to the stop where you are heading.

2. how to buy ticket?

2-1. from Ticket box near the bus stop.
you can't pay on the bus by credit card.
if the credit card is not connected to transportation service.
instead with transportation cards, only for the case they have seat, you can get on the car with transportatin card.
but basically you have to buy a ticket from the ticket stand.
for the transportation card, you will get refund your residuals anytime you want from the machine in subway station.
all of the subway station have machin for refund.

recommend you to buy the ticket prior your journey from the ticket stand.

2-2. use mobile app - Tmoney app
you can use application.
the UX/UI isn't designed conveniently.
you may struggle to buy the first ticket.
because you have to connect your payment method to the application.
it is complicate with multiple secure patches.
but once you succeed, it will be an easier life.

subway to Seoul is also possible.
It is easy to find the subway station.

now you need public transportation card.

transportation card are selling in every 24hours convenience store. theses stores are everywhere.

the location of the store also can be checked from the map for the case you can't find the store.

when you buy the ticket, the basic amount is already in there.
and ask them to charge your T card.
don't worry for the money left over.
you can get refund by yourself from the machine.
you can also charge the Tcard with your credit card.
or you can do self charge yourself from machines in every subway station.
